All sales at Nidhobby are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at your store email with:

• Your order number
• A photo of the damaged item and packaging

We will review each case and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit.

Booster Packs & Trading Cards All booster packs and trading card products are non-returnable and non-refundable once received, regardless of contents. By purchasing, you acknowledge the random nature of collectible card products.

Pre-Orders Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund before the item ships. Once shipped, pre-orders follow the same all-sales-final polic
